Quick Home Remedies for Bee Stings

First Things First
Even though you want to get something on the sting quickly to relieve your pain, you should first remove the stinger and wash the area of the sting with soap and water. Extract the stinger using whatever method is handy to you, such as tweezers, fingernails or even small forceps.

Remedies from the Kitchen
Your kitchen has many quick remedies for bee stings.
Some of them are:

Baking soda: Make a paste of baking soda using either vinegar or water and apply to the sting.

Vinegar: A piece of cotton or gauze soaked in apple cider vinegar and held on the sting will relieve pain and swelling.

Onion: Place a fresh slice of onion on the sting to help relieve pain and swelling.

Tomato: A slice of tomato placed with the seed side down on the sting is also a remedy for bee stings.

Meat tenderizer: A drop of meat tenderizer on a sting helps relieve the pain and swelling.

From the Bathroom
A dab of toothpaste smeared on the sting will help relieve the pain of the sting.
Check your antiperspirant deodorant. If it contains aluminum chlorohydrate, apply it to the area, as it may also dull the pain of the sting.

A Remedy from a Houseplant
A common houseplant that can be used for treating bee stings is the aloe vera plant. These plants have a very heavy sap, which can be used to cover the sting and relieve the pain.
